Festivals and Exhibitions

During the summer months, there are Fun Days and Events for islanders and visitors to enjoy, Uig has its own Gala Day, follow the link to find out more.

The Celtic Music Festival, Highland Games and Sailing Festivals are possibly the most well known, but the local Agricultural Shows and Fun Days offer visitors a real taste of Island life and hospitality.

Lewis Highland Games –
The Lewis Highland Games has been staged for around a century. This event is hosted by the community of Tong.
